About Smart Fix Maintenance Services

Smart Fix Maintenance Services is a locally owned handyman company based in Fort Myers, Florida and serving a 30-mile radius across Southwest Florida. The company was founded by Jordan Goodwin, a born-and-raised Southwest Florida craftsman who started Smart Fix the way most respected local trades begin — by saying yes to a neighbor who needed help. One ceiling fan turned into a kitchen door rehang, then a drywall patch on a feature wall, then a referral from someone three streets over.

How we work

Today Smart Fix runs a small, vetted crew of skilled professionals who handle electrical work, plumbing, drywall and finish work, carpentry and home inspections, and screen enclosures, lanais, and gutter cleaning. The company stays intentionally small so quality stays high and customers stay known by name — not file number.

Our values
