Smart Fix service areas across Southwest Florida
Smart Fix Maintenance Services covers Fort Myers and a 30-mile radius. The cities below each have a dedicated page describing what actually fails on homes there, the materials we default to for that neighborhood, and the booking lead time we currently hold. If you don't see your city listed, call us anyway — we frequently take work just outside the radius for repeat customers and large projects.
Coastal and canal-front cities
Cape Coral has roughly 400 miles of brackish canals, so we default to 304 stainless on inland lots and 316 marine-grade on direct waterfront. Iona sits between McGregor and the river with similar salt-air exposure on dock hardware. Punta Gorda — especially Punta Gorda Isles and Burnt Store — is our weekly route for hurricane shutter service and post-storm pool cage rebuilds.
Inland and new-construction cities
Lehigh Acres is mostly fill-soil over old farm grade, which means new-construction homes here keep settling for two to three years and drywall corners crack at the same predictable spots. San Carlos Park sees a similar mix of new-build punch-list work plus older-home repipe needs. North Fort Myers is our 55+ community route — Herons Glen and Magnolia Landing punch lists, ramp installs, and grab-bar work.
Estate and gated-community cities
Bonita Springs is finish-carpentry country — built-ins, large-format TV installs in 18-foot great rooms, and HOA-cleared work in Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing, and Spanish Wells. Estero shares the same gated-community COI workflow plus a steady stream of lanai re-screens. Villas and Cypress Lake sit closer to downtown Fort Myers and get older-home plaster repair, mature live-oak gutter guards, and large-format painting work.
Booking a visit in your city
Most cities outside of storm weeks book within 5–7 days. Storm weeks we triage by water-intrusion risk first. Browse the full services list or request a free quote to get on the schedule.
