We will tell you straight when this is not the service you need. If your list is really one big project, a full room remodel, a structural change, or anything that needs a permit and a specialty trade, a punch-list visit is the wrong tool. We are a handyman and carpentry crew, and forcing a large single-scope job into a punch-list format just costs you more and serves you worse.

A few items stay firmly outside our scope no matter how they come up on a list, because they require Florida trade licenses we do not hold.
